SCC Accreditation

The Standards Council of Canada, a federal Crown corporation, is mandated to promote efficient and effective standardization in Canada. Through the PALCAN (Program for the Accreditation of Laboratories-Canada) Standards Council of Canada grants ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation to qualified laboratories. Qualification requires that the applicant laboratory be eligible for CLAS certification.  Rigorous quality audits and technical assessments of the potential SCC-CLAS candidate position the SCC calibration laboratory accreditation program, along with the CLAS certification program, among the most prestigious in the world.
